eStatements are paperless, fast, and just a click away. This service is a perfect compliment to transacting your ACU business online, and here are some reasons why:

  • Receive your statement faster than if it was mailed to you, you are notified that your new statement is available each month via an e-mail message (if you so choose.)
  • Print your eStatement for easy viewing and balancing.
  • Secure viewing - your eStatement can only be accessed by you via Online Banking.
  • Being able to save statements on your computer and print them whenever you like.
  • No more misplaced statements. Just login to Online Banking to view your statements.
  • You will be able to retrieve past eStatements dating back 18 months.

eStatement Enrollment Instructions:

  1. Login to Online Banking
  2. Select the History Option from the menu bar at the top.
  3. From the History Option, select eStatement Preferences.
  4. Select the Statement Type pull down menu, and choose eStatement only.
  5. Select Notification Method, and select if you wish to be notified by email.
  6. Provide a current email address in which to receive your eStatement.
  7. Select Continue and confirm that the information is correct.
  8. Select Complete to update your preferences.
