Kaila Sweeney

Kaila is PNW born and raised. She has worked in the financial industry for over 15 years and has spent the entirety of her career with credit unions. She currently serves on the Puget Sound Mortgage Lender Association (PSMLA) Board of Directors as President Elect. While there are many aspects of the mortgage industry she was drawn to, including working with a small, local team, the privilege of helping her borrowers, especially military and first-time buyers, with their home ownership journey is by far the highlight. Her specialties include VA loans, investment properties, and bridge loans.
Kaila prides herself on her efficiency and organization while maintaining the ability to be caring and helpful to her borrowers. During her free time, you can find her at a concert, traveling, stuck in a book, or spending time with her family and friends.
Frennie Benigno

Frennie was born on Maui and grew up in both Hawaii and Washington. While she considers both places home, her husband and three children have planted their roots in the Pacific Northwest.
She has a real passion for the mortgage business and feels excited to be part of such an experienced team. Helping members achieve their homebuying goals and coaching them through the process is the most rewarding part of her job.
Frennie has also coached youth and high school cheerleading in the Spanaway community for ten 10 years. She also enjoys spending time with her family and and friends, cooking, entertaining and crafting.
