SUMMARY:Movie in the Park
DESCRIPTION:Spend a night under the stars with ACU\, your family and friends at UP’s annual Movie in the Park at Cirque Park on Saturday\, Aug. 1 – always the first Saturday in August! \nThis year’s movie is the beloved classic “The Sandlot” — a perfect choice as our nation celebrates its 250th birthday. Few things capture the American spirit quite like a summer evening\, a close-knit group of kids\, and a timeless game of baseball. This heartwarming film is a tribute to friendship\, community\, and the simple joys that bring us together.  \nMake plans to pack up the kids\, a blanket or chairs and get ready for a memorable evening of free family fun courtesy of the City of University Place! \nPlease note: The event venue is lawn seating. As a courtesy to all viewers\, those with taller lawn chairs are asked to set up their seats toward the back of the viewing area so that everyone can see the movie.
