The last day to access your account using the ACU Phone Teller Service is November 30, 2020. Phone Teller is becoming obsolete due to increased usage of ACU Online and Mobile Banking services, which are more secure options to maintain your ACU accounts. With mobile banking you can take advantage of the following and more!

  • View balances
  • Transfer funds
  • Deposit checks
  • Access Bill Pay
  • Turn your ACU debit and credit cards on/off using card controls
  • Send secure messages to our Contact Center
  • Apply for Auto Loans, Personal Loans, and Visa Credit Cards
  • Apply for additional membership shares

To download the ACU Mobile Banking app to your Apple or Android mobile device, simply visit youracu.org/homebanking.

Through September 30, 2020, you can get up-to-date information about your accounts over the phone. This service works with any touch-tone telephone system.

Phone teller is available 24 hours a day.

  1. Call 1.800.515.9111 from any touch-tone phone.
  2. After the greeting, enter your account number followed by the (#) sign.
  3. Enter your personal access code followed by the (#) sign.
  4. Enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number followed by the (#) sign.
