A Message From Our CEO

Dear ACU Member:

I hope you are doing well as we continue this challenging journey. What started as an effort by myself to share how ACU is working through the Covid-19 pandemic has turned into an ongoing conversation with ACU members. I have appreciated the feedback that you have been giving and thank so many of you for your positive responses. It’s important that we keep each other informed regarding our status and circumstances.

Our staff is continuing the process of checking in with members, paying special attention to those who are elderly and more vulnerable. We have been sharing information about ACU digital banking tools, providing resources for financial and community aid, and even helping with groceries for some who can’t leave their homes. We are committed to doing everything that we can to help you deal with this unprecedented crisis.

As a reminder, all ACU branches remain open, although doors are locked so that we can allow members to enter safely, one-at-a-time. This also helps us maintain the proper six foot distances advised by health professionals.

At our branches you will still find tellers, lenders and managers, ready to take care of you. If possible, we encourage you to use alternative options so that those who need in-person services can face shorter lines. Here are some alternatives:

Online Banking
Online banking is convenient, secure, and easy to use. Access your accounts, pay bills and even apply for loans.

Mobile Banking
Mobile banking is a secure way to view account history, transfer funds, deposit checks, send money, apply for loans, manage your cards, and even message the ACU Contact Center.

Online Bill Pay
To Sign Up for Online Bill Pay, simply Login to online banking and click on the Bill Pay tab.

ATM Access & Shared Branching

Drive Up Banking & Night Drop Services

With sincere wishes of safety and health,
