MEET OUR DEDICATED TEAM
Kaila is PNW born and raised, and has spent the last 14 years working in banking, all of which has been with credit unions. As a longtime credit union member and employee, she is a firm believer of “doing things a little differently” for the benefit of her member and the community. She is experienced in consumer lending, mortgage lending, and records management.
Kaila prides herself on being efficient and organized while still being caring and helpful to her members. When she’s not in the office, you can find her at a concert, traveling, or spending time with her family and friends.
Frennie was born on Maui and grew up in both Hawaii and Washington. While she considers both places home, her husband and three children have planted their roots in the Pacific Northwest.
She has a real passion for the mortgage business and feels excited to be part of such an experienced team. Helping members achieve their homebuying goals and coaching them through the process is the most rewarding part of her job.
Frennie has also coached youth and high school cheerleading in the Spanaway community for ten 10 years. She also enjoys spending time with her family and and friends, cooking, entertaining and crafting.
A true Pacific Northwesterner, Traci grew up in Eugene, Oregon, and moved to Washington several years ago. Traci has worked in the financial services industry for over 26 years. She is active in the mortgage industry and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Puget Sound Mortgage Lenders Association, and has held previous positions as Secretary, Director, Vice President, and President.
Traci has a passion for helping people and volunteering. She has most recently worked with Toys for Tots, Charlie’s Dinosaur, and the Multicultural Child and Family Hope Center in Tacoma, WA. She has a son who graduated from WSU (Go Cougs!) and has two puppies with whom she loves to play.
In her spare time, Traci enjoys cooking, traveling, live music, boating, gardening, and spending time with friends and family.
