Paul Miller is the ACU Mortgage Production Manager with 20 years in the industry. Paul specializes in coaching and recruiting loan officers to be successful in both Purchase and Refinance markets. He’s an expert in Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, for all homes whether in the NW MLS or For Sale by Owner. Our team strives to ensure that every homebuyer enters into a transaction with complete confidence in their approval and purchasing power. When buyers are educated about the details of a transaction, they proceed with clarity and make sound decisions regarding their best interests. This allows us as professionals to meet and exceed the needs of our members. Kaila is PNW born and raised and recently joined the ACU team. She has been working in banking for the last 12 years, all of which has been with credit unions. As a longtime credit union member and employee, she is a firm believer of “doing things a little differently” for the benefit of her member and the community. She is experienced in consumer lending, mortgage lending, and records management.
Kaila prides herself on being efficient and organized while still being caring and helpful to her members. When she’s not in the office, you can find her at a concert, traveling, or spending time with her family and friends.
Scott brings a rich array of life experiences that center on providing exceptional, member-first service. The opportunity to serve others has always been the key to his success. He is a proven leader in finding the right product to help our members meet their financial goals. A graduate of Saint Martin’s University and born and raised in Washington, Scott loves the outdoors, travelling and playing the saxophone.
Frennie was born on Maui and grew up in both Hawaii and Washington. While she considers both places home, her husband and three children have planted their roots in the Pacific Northwest.
She has a real passion for the mortgage business and feels excited to be part of such an experienced team. Helping members achieve their homebuying goals and coaching them through the process is the most rewarding part of her job.
Frennie has also coached youth and high school cheerleading in the Spanaway community for ten 10 years. She also enjoys spending time with her family and and friends, cooking, entertaining and crafting.
