Annual Meeting
America’s Credit Union completed another successful annual meeting on March 13th, 2024. Kenneth Leonard, ACU CEO, led the meeting of 55 attendees. He was joined by Philip Prothero, President / COO and Troy Kyle, Executive VP / CIO as they discussed the accomplishments, challenges and opportunities that lie ahead for ACU.
The meeting was attended by the following Board Members:

Thad Collard, Board Member, Brigadier General //US Army Reserve //Healthcare Administrator, Deputy Commanding General (Operations), US Army Medical Command

Chuck McSwain, Board Treasurer, Retired Business Owner, CPA

The Board of Directors present voted in the following Board Members:
Position #1: Benjamin A. Norbe (3-Year Term)
Position #2: William E. Harvey (3-Year Term)
Position #3: Kenneth S. Leonard (3-Year Term)
As the meeting continued, Ken Leonard was available to answer member’s questions. He also spoke of the direction and prospects of ACU into the near and distant future. He focused on the need for continued growth, the challenges of inflation and the eventual lowering of rates that will bring opportunity and relief to our members and businesses.
