How It Works

1. Find Your Ride – Schedule an appointment with our Auto Concierge to locate the car of your dreams and get pre-approved.

2. Test Drive – We find your vehicle and negotiate the price; you kick the tires and give it a test drive.

3. Pick Up and Go! Sign your papers and get on the road quickly with no hassle.

Auto Concierge FAQs

What does ACU Auto Concierge cost?

A $150 retainer fee gets the process started, and if you choose to finance your vehicle with ACU, the fee will be refunded. In some rare circumstances the fee may be retained when dealing with unusually complicated or extended situations.

What will you do with my trade-in?

Along with negotiating the price on your vehicle, we will fight hard to get you a fair value on your trade-in.

What kind of vehicles can be found using ACU Auto Concierge?

We can search for new and used autos, motorcycles, and RVs.

How long does it take until I have my new car?

Timing can vary depending on your availability and the type of vehicle you’re interested in. We promise to work quickly to find your vehicle and will help with expediting the financing process.

Do you offer auto insurance?

Yes! We will give you quotes on several providers to get you the best price on your premium.
