If you need a specific document you do not see listed, contact the business services team at 253-964-3113 and they will get it to you.
The Business Membership and Account Agreement is available through ACU's business services team. Call 253-964-3113 or reach out to the team and they will provide the current version along with any related account disclosures your business needs.
ACU points members to trusted outside organizations: the Small Business Administration, the Washington Small Business Development Center, the Washington Secretary of State, SCORE, the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System, and the IRS for applying for an EIN. You can apply for an Employer Identification Number for free directly through the IRS. Use the Apply for an EIN link in the Trusted Small-Business Resources section on this page, which opens the official IRS online application. Most applicants receive an EIN immediately after completing it.
