Website, Cookies, and Online Privacy
When you visit youracu.org, we collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and the pages you visit. We use it to operate and improve the site, prevent fraud, and measure how our pages and advertising perform.
Cookies and similar technologies fall into four groups. Strictly necessary cookies run the site, keep you signed in, and remember your settings; they are always active. Performance cookies (Google Analytics) count visits and show us how pages are used. Functional cookies remember choices such as a form you started or the branch you looked up. Targeting cookies are set by our advertising partners (Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok) to measure our campaigns and personalize the ads you see elsewhere.
Performance, functional, and targeting cookies stay off until you choose to allow them. Our advertising partners are also told to stop when you decline: Meta is switched to its limited data use mode, TikTok cookies are disabled, and Google runs in a consent-denied state. You can change your choices at any time using Your Privacy Choices, linked in the footer of every page. We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal for targeting cookies. When you decline, the tags that would have set those cookies are not loaded.
Online banking, loan applications, and some services are provided through trusted partners on their own websites. Their privacy notices apply while you are on their sites, and we encourage you to review them.
Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for adults and for youth accounts opened by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 without parental consent, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
