Which ACU cards work with digital wallets?

Your ACU Visa debit card works with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. Business accounts are not eligible at this time. If you have questions about your specific card, call us at 253-964-3113.

What if I get a new phone or a new ACU card?

If you get a new phone, you will need to add your ACU card to the new device's wallet app. If your ACU card number changes (new card or reissue), remove the old card from your wallet and add the new card using the updated details.

Where can I use my ACU card through a digital wallet?

Any retailer that accepts contactless (NFC) payments. Look for the contactless symbol or the Apple Pay / Google Pay logo at checkout. Samsung Pay also works at older magnetic stripe terminals in many locations. Contactless terminals are now standard at most major retailers, restaurants, and transit systems.

What do I do if a digital wallet payment is declined?

First confirm your ACU card is active and in good standing by logging into online banking or calling 253-964-3113. Then verify the card details in your wallet app are current (card number, expiration date, CVV). If the issue persists, contact ACU and we will assist.
