America’s Credit Union [ACU] has announced a new addition to their executive team, Troy Kyle – Chief Information Officer.
Mr. Kyle is responsible for developing strategies pertaining to technology investments, overseeing the IT department at ACU, and works closely with the department stakeholders to identify, recommend, develop and implement technology solutions across the organization.
Mr. Kyle is a seasoned IT professional, having graduated in 1999 from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, and a Bachelor of Arts in Classics. The last 20 years of his career have been focused on credit unions. He has most recently held the title of President & CEO of First Abilene Federal Credit Union, located in Abilene, TX. Mr. Kyle is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Cisco Certified Network Professional, and VMWare Certified Professional in Data Center Virtualization.
When asked about future projects, Mr. Kyle said, “We have initiatives ranging from predictive analytics to AI projects that will benefit our members for years to come and give our employees better tools to assist them. I am excited to have joined the ACU team and I am looking forward to working with this amazing, talented group in reaching new heights of success and growth for our credit union.
