The Annual Meeting to review 2025 is scheduled for March 11, 2026, from 9:00am to 10:00am – doors open at 8:30am. The meeting will be held in the ACU DuPont Training Room – Suite 280, second floor.
Board Elections:
Position #1: Colleen Oczkewicz (Three Year Term)
Colleen is a CPA and the Chief Financial Officer for the South Sound YMCA, where she leads financial operations, compliance, and long‑range planning. With extensive experience in financial oversight, audits, and risk management, she brings strong analytical skills and a commitment to transparency in governance. Colleen’s background and values closely align with the responsibilities of the Board, making her a well‑qualified and trusted candidate for Position #1.
Position #2: Fred Crase (Three Year Term)
Fred Crase is a proven business leader, developer, and co‑founder of Express Storage, which he and his wife built into a 22‑facility regional enterprise with more than 800,000 square feet of storage and commercial space. With more than 50 years of experience in development and operations, Fred oversees strategic planning, financial management, banking relationships, and organizational leadership. He has led 21 major development projects, including storage, commercial, and mixed‑use facilities. A U.S. Army Special Operations veteran, Fred brings discipline, integrity, and a strong commitment to community service. His extensive business experience and practical leadership make him a highly qualified and trusted choice for Board Position #2.
