Swing by our Proctor Branch on October 31st for Tacoma’s Treasured Halloween Tradition, Proctor Treats 2023. On October 31st, for almost 100 years, Tacomans have come together on the streets of Proctor. A trick-or-treating parade of ghosts, goblins, giggles and gore. This is a long-established event. A celebration of our community, our artistic individuality and Tacoma’s rich history. On behalf of the Proctor District Association, we look forward to seeing you again this year.
