USO Tailgate Cookout

The USO Camp Lewis Center, located in America’s Credit Union, in the heart of Joint Base Lewis-McChord, hosts monthly “Thanks for your Service” meals. Typically scheduled for the last Wednesday each month.

In the summer, the event moves outdoors to America’s Credit Union’s parking lot, where volunteers fire up the grill to serve cheeseburgers or chili cheese hotdogs. These seasonal cookouts regularly draw 200–300 service members and their families.
