When can I text with a real person?

ACU staff answer texts live from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturday, Pacific time. Outside those hours, your message is answered on the next business day.

What can I ask about by text?

Rates, your loan, your account balance, and sending or receiving documents. For anything account-specific our team may verify your identity first, and you should never text your full account number, PIN, or password.

What happens if I text after hours?

Keyword texts get an instant automated response at any hour. Anything that needs a person is answered by ACU staff on the next business day.

Does text banking cost anything?
